Large franchisees can have several marketing campaigns happening at once across hundreds of franchisees. They needed a way to have an overview of which activities are going out when so they can see if there are opportunities to reach their key audiences. I worked with product managers to interview customers and find where we could bring the most value, then sketched, wireframed and designed a web and mobile marketing calendar that brought to life the physical calendars all marketing teams use today.
